Japanese Spectral Database: On this site, almost any organic molecule can be typed in (by mass, formula, or name), and you will be able to view many of its spectra, including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry. 

2. Mechanism Movies. (URL)

This website has numerous animations of organic chemistry mechanisms, which is good because it's helpful to visualize where and how molecules move. You can also see the transition states of the reactions and get an idea of the size of the atoms involved in the reaction and the reaction sites.
